Your First Steps...
When you call to inquire about At Home TLC, Inc. services, our
Home Care Coordinators will be happy answer any questions may have. Once you become familiar with our services, we can set up a free in-home consultation. During this consultation we will review the details of the care that is needed and/or requested.
We will then begin the process of our Client Care Coordination Services. This service will be conducted by the nurse and will help us to create the best possible care plan for you or your loved one. After this assessment we can begin the services that you are looking for. If you are interested in what specific services that we have to offer see below.
